While we assure you that every machine is diligently cleaned after each use, we do freeze dry some items that contain peanuts. Therefore, if you have a peanut allergy, we highly recommend refraining from purchasing any of our items. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we believe in prioritizing caution over compromise.

Returns and Refunds
Regrettably, Treasures of AZ is unable to process returns, and all sales are considered final. This policy is particularly applicable to freeze-dried candy and desserts, classified as perishable items, and is in strict adherence to the policies set forth by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA).In full compliance with these regulations, we do not accept returns for consumables, especially food products, as they fall within a category that cannot be returned. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and in the rare event that we ship the wrong product, we will promptly issue a refund.
Shipping
At Treasures of AZ, we take great care in ensuring that your freeze-dried candy items reach you in pristine condition. While most items are durable and can withstand the rigors of shipping, we want to inform our valued customers about certain fragile items, particularly gummy items, Jolly Ranchers, and caramels.
Despite our best efforts, these delicate items can be prone to breakage or crumbling if mishandled during shipping. We employ various precautions, such as marking packages with fragile stickers, wrapping delicate items in bubble wrap, and employing a meticulous packing method to enhance the protection of your order.
It’s important to note that, as we do not have control over the handling of packages during transit, we cannot be held responsible if an item is damaged during shipping. To provide transparency, items that are especially fragile are explicitly marked with “EXTREMELY FRAGILE” in the item description.
